am running XP on my com right now. and as someone had tagged, i did it all by myself. hah. i thought after installing XP, you need to install all the drivers - motherboard and graphic card. but it seems that XP is soo fuggin techy, it auto-detected and installs the drivers itself(which i have no idea it can do). so, yar. insert, boot from CDROM, delete old partition, install XP and voila. all done.

went job hunting again yesterday, and found one. it was like the previous job. went for interview and you get the job. though the pay is only 4 bucks per hour, its a very easy job. you simple sit and check out cards(those security passes which you tap on the readers. those type). just put aside the rejected ones, the clean ones will be printed. best thing is this job has a different pay rate on weekends unlike the previous friggin job. saturdays, 10 bucks more. so that'll be 54bucks. sundays, 20 bucks more. 64 bucks. good rite. unlike the old job, 5 bucks per hour, all the way. chickentot. so, it'll start next week, tuesday. i bought an alarm clock just to be safe, so i can wake up early. haha. investment, as i call it.

imagine a checklist with creative zen v on it. once i got the job, theres suddenly a big tick for the zen v. hah. withdraw money from the atm(my first time. like pathetic sia) and went to the creative warehouse. the place is quite spacious, but product booths and stuff are only here and there. waste of space. so anyway, i got the zen v for $106, student promotion price. last i saw, only one black zen v is left. 1gb. i thought it would be enough, but turns out otherwise. okok, once i got home(from playing pool for 2 hours), i plugged in the zen v. there was no friggin light. doesn't even have the charging icon. i panicked. went searching for the receipt and stuff and read the specs and requirements again and again. the box says usb ver1.1 needed, but 2.0 recommended. recommended my foot. i made an assumption, and sort of a risk, that i'll need the usb 2.0 to run the zen v. so i called up my uncle, he said theres one for 18 bucks at imm. after getting the card, i slotted it in my com. at first, the screen goes blank. totally nothing for like, all the way. i shut down the com, pull out the card and start the com again. same thing still. i panicked, twice for the day. i slotted it back in. feeeuuuhhh. its back. so, yar. thats about it.

i lost my ic(Identification Card). have you seen it?
