I've been in school from morning till night for the past few days, revising for my papers. After the last paper, I have two days of "holiday" because for the next six weeks I'm gonna have my attachment. Meaning, one day off which is on a weekday. I need to go out! Somewhere anywhere, as long as its out. Haiyooo. My camera has been sitting in the drybox for quite some time already. Oh well.
I submitted this photo for an online contest at http://lovedigitally.funan.com.sg
But the thing is, for your photo to be judged your photo has to be in the top ten voted photos. Rules are rules, and thats how the organizer wants it done. But I feel that the rule is unfair to photographers who submitted their photo in but are unable to get enough votes to get their shot into the top ten because they might not have enough contacts to ask for votes. Some shots really deserve to be judged like one by suhaimi abdullah. If the shot didn't get judged, it's just a good as handing over a good-shot over to the organizer FOR FREE. Get what I mean? Then they can use the photo for commercial use without the need to pay for the shots.
If you have spare time and like my shot above, please vote for my shot aite. =)

TWO MORE PAPERS!I've been in school from morning till night for the past few days, revising for my papers. it's been one hectic day, but the true hecticity has yet to come.Yesterday, thursday:
9.30 am: arrived for maths class. late, but on time for attendance.
10am : free time. did CATIA assignment and revised a bit of AMP at the com lab.
1pm : CATIA test. think i can pass, but not ace it.
3.20 pm: Test ended, headed to EEE building for AMP test.
4.15 pm: Sat for AMP test.
5.15 pm: Test ended. i got 31 over 60. headed to the library.
6pm : Headed for diploma plus class. OOD. started on assignment due the next day(just now).
8pm : Class ended, headed home.
11pm : Headed back to school for overnight mugging with k-man.
5.10am: Got my first doze after more that 24hours.
6.20am: Woke up.
645am: Headed to MacDonalds for breakfast.
7.30am: Went home.
<---NO SLEEP--->
9.50am: Headed back to school to finish up OOD assignment and CATIA assignment.
<---Head cracking session to finish up that program and loads of troubleshooting--->
3.30pm: Headed to Sim Lim Square to get back my attachment form. I'm applied for attachment at one of the stores.
4pm : Arrived at Bugis
<---took form--->
4.50pm: Headed for school
5pm : Back in school
<---Called two lecturers. None picked up--->
5.15pm: Met up with Syazzo, Lonah and Lugong at Foodcourt 5
5.20pm: Lecturer A called. I rushed to his office and did a small presentation of the program
<---When I got there, Lecturer B called me. Told him i'll be in his office in 15 mins--->
5.dunno what time: rushed back to Foodcourt 5, took my ITP form and rushed to t17; Lecturer B's office.
<---Went back to Foodcourt 5--->
7.33pm: Pressed the Publish Post button, packed up and headed home.(which is the time now)

Sentosa Flowers

Went to Sentosa some time back for Sentosa Flowers with the three peeps below. Ronah, Dugong and Wani. I'm not into flowers uh. Have never tried a proper "flower shooting" before, but the outing was quite a mouthfull, with flowers everywhere! It was fun uh shooting flowers. haha. Took a lot of shots. Those two at the bottom are the once I like. It was a nice experience uh.
- for this shot, the idea was to take those binatangs at the back
with the flowers as foreground. spontaneous idea that came up uh.
i think the shot can be improved.
- this one was taken with a 50mm.
the usual focused front area with blurred background.
i like how focused and sharf the red flower is in the shot.
- not sure what the purple flowers are called, but this one
i wanted to show different coloured flowers with the purple one as a main one.
- finally at the end of the day, up on top of the tower on the southern-most
part of south-east asia, took this shot. if the clouds weren't covering the sun much,
i think i'd make a perfet shot.
