wohoo. boss said we can continue work coz the machine has been fixed. good news coz i dun have to find another work, for now. the job is for two weeks, so hopefully i'm in the peer leader thingy for next year and that the camp is after christmas. great. gave him my posb acct no also just now. hope its a weekly pay.

well yesterday the QC "sounded" us to the boss. it seems that our work quality wasn't up to standard as too much rejects were found. previously, we al had our minds on quantity. we did the most we can within the 11 hours). this has been so for the previous two days, until today. instead of going for quantity, we went for quality. we took much MUCH MUCH more time to check each box. previously we can do 36 boxes in 11 hours. just now, we did only 17. thats abt half of yesterday's amount. the target, which was 30, wasn't even met. however, we did satisfy the QC's checkings. only 1, 2 or 3 accidentally-forgotten rejects inside. i guess things will be the same for tomorrow.
