i guess birthdays are only "happening" when u'r young and old, not when u'r somewhere in between. I remember when i was four, i have this big party of some sort. everyone including my mom's friend came. I have this cake in the shape of the number 4 with 4 candles on it. A lot a lot of food. fruits also got. then there was the present opening which was the best part. the biggest present i got was a drawing board. those you need to set up before use. i can still picture it. well, as the years go by, sometimes its celebrated, sometimes not. this year happens to be the not. too much going on i guess. i guess when i'm like older, 40 maybe, there'll be a celebration. to mark my old-age i guess. by the time i'm 60, my kids will be celebrating my birthdayslashasigetclosertodeathday. haha. oh well....
